I've been coming here for the last five and a half years. Calm, safe and CLEAN with a welcoming atmosphere. The security cameras are always working so it's mostly safe to take a break and step away from your laundry. Not to mention the owner is charming, polite and always looking to put a smile on someone's face..
I have met Mr. Jay, the new owner. He seems like a really nice guy. Seems that Scott, the owner who just sold this investment property, 1485 East RV Park and Washateria, was just about whipped into shape but next thing we know Mr. Scott has made like a tree and is leaving. We wish him all the best in what his next endeavor may be. Don't be a stranger Scott, there is always a nice cold drink or a great hot cup of Joe for your enjoyment.
Ideas the 1485 East RV Park a 5-star rating. Why you ask? Because they keep the place clean and has a washateria they're on the premises. Their prices are great also. It's in a good location to 59 Freeway which can take you anywhere you want to go. The gentleman in the office is very nice and considerate also. Go and stop by and see for yourself. You'll have a nice ride there.
My original review was before I got to know the owner and the operation he has going there. He will charge whatever he feels like and has no mercy for people who are trying to survive after Hurricane Harvey. I tried to pay him he refused the money so I stayed until court day. 3 days before court day I gave him on video stealing my power cord off my home. I lost everything in my fridge. He threw it across the patio the next day while I was gone.He talks about people's women like they are his play toys..There are better parks out there.
