The houses are pretty and we really wanted to purchase the one we viewed today, but you can get a home with land for a better deal. Not sure why they charge so much for the lots though. Based on the bad reviews they do not do enough to justify the fee. We will look elsewhere because of the high fee and bad reviews. It's a shame tho for such a nice home to sit empty so long. It seems there will be more emptied soon too based on talks in the neighborhood.

Was there today, nice park. The girl in the office didn't seem to no what was included in the lot rent, no brochures, didn't no anything about sales, was more interested in talking to her friends on the phone. Bad for business.

We were looking at these properties but its 900/ month before even paying for the trailer home. What planet are these buffoons living on? Sell the property so new families can buy the space and live there. You have no business charging 825/month for the tiny lot these homes sit on.

Lot rent has become ridiculously high year after year. So high that fixed income disabled elderly people can simply not afford it anymore. It’s like they are raising it on purpose to drive them out.

The property is beautiful. The community is quiet and cozy... but beyond that idk about living here. My biggest problem is the management. Never answers the phone, can call all day and not a word. The other person in charge is a joke too. There's no office hours, so don't bother with the office no one will be there. Terrible staff besides the handyman.
