I grew up here. Some homes are dated but for the most part this is a well maintained, quiet community. They have rules similar to living in an HOA community that help prevent the park from becoming trailer trash (maintain your lawn, no outdoor livestock like chickens, power wash your home). There is a local church that offers shelter for tornadoes.

To the person that gave 1 star because there is not a tornado shelter, shame on you! The local church is always available to us for shelter and the office is excellent at reminding us of that in our monthly newsletter during the stormy months. The staff @ Green Valley cares about the property and the owners and it shows. If you are looking for Manufactured home living and you want to live somewhere that you can feel safe and comfortable, this is the place.

Quiet neighborhood. Great management and worker- Terri is awesome and cares about everyone. Any issue is taken care of immediately. Great location near the interstate, stores and such but feels like the country. Would recommend to anyone.

Nice place to live. Homes are all owner occupied and, for the most part, well maintained. Our only complaint is the owners are slow on fixing pot holes and other repairs in the park. Lot rent goes up yearly.
