Whether you pay your rent or not they don’t take care of any of their responsibilities on their end unless you are a personal friend of someone employed here. The structural integrity of these “homes” are unstable. No insulation and what insulation is present are actively being pulled out of the walls by vermin. Mice rats etc. They force you out by intimidation and daily threats of eviction on the first day of the month when rent is due and never honor their word in regards to fixing any of the issues they are required to fix them blame it on you. The gas line broke when my infant son was born and we were evacuated in a blizzard my son was 10 days old. No heating in my children’s bedrooms that they were made aware of multiple times and literally did nothing to fix it. If someone here doesn’t like you most of the inhabitants here will retaliate because this and I quote “their park”. If you have any other options in life to move any place else but here you definitely should. The owner is a very cruel and a very wealthy man w a far reach so he does have the resources to ruin your life. Don’t drink the tap water he owns the water supply too and it smells like sewage when you have to turn it on. Simply put They don’t care about the property or the tenants especially if you have children. When I attempted to have specific issues taken care of I was told by the owner that if I don’t like it move.

This is actually a pretty good size trailer park. I grew up here in the whole life and that's why I'm giving it four stars because the trailers are actually really nice they have cute a frames in the park as well as well as quite a few Lakes to go fishing. I will say that the management at this place sucks they're very rude and mean and if I was waiting on just management I would give no stars if possible. But the park itself the quality of the trailers and the people there are pretty friendly it's actually a nice place aside from management.

Quiet place. Friendly residents. The park keeps the snow cleared off the roads. Potholes could be better but are getting filled more often now. Older units could be moved out to improve the looks of the place. Overall, it's the best alternative to high rent prices.

Mobile home park. Not for the high fluting, but cheap. Very poor roads and upkeep, but that's what keeps rental prices down. At least they are paving some of the worse roads or portions of them, but realistically all the roads and sidewalks need to be removed and replaced. Hundreds of trees are dead and are dangerous. Most of the rental homes and even privately owned homes are beyond repair and are eyesores. Rent is cheap and why wouldn't it be. My driveway pad is crumbling as is my sidewalk and it hasn't been attended to even with me helping to pay the bill. I could go on and on, but these are my thoughts for now. Big complaint is that our power continues to go out from time to time. Been this way to some degree since 1995. Many trailers should be junked and are uninhabitable. My driveway pad needs to be replaced, but not luck in getting that accomplished yet. Love all my neighbors and others that live in the park. Never had a problem with any of them.

My family and I lived here for 2 years before buying our first home about 5 months ago. Our trailer was on the first road on the right after turning into the park. I liked the location a lot. There were white a few families that lived on the same road and the one behind ours, so my son made lots of friends and was able to go out and play all the time. All the neighbors that we met were very nice. It was pretty quiet and calm. The ladies at the office were always nice to us. They are a bit strict on peoples backgrounds. If you have a criminal history you have to inform them and they go off that when deciding if you should be a tenant. I do have a criminal background, and when me and my husband were inquiring about the place the lady spoke with me on the phone and asked about my past charges. I was honest with her and told her what I've done and am doing now to get myself to a better place in life. And thankfully they took all my progress into consideration and let us move in. We always paid our rent 2 weeks early and never had an issue. Whenever we had a maintenance issue one of the 2 maintenance men would always come out to fix it in a timely manner. There was only a couple issues that I would get annoyed with. One issue was the furnace. It would always go out on what seemed to be the coldest days/nights. I'd wake up in the morning to get my son together for school and it would be so cold I couldnt get out of bed. That happened about 10×. The first few times we called for the maintenance guy, he would come out, light the pilot light and it would start up again. He said it kept getting blown out by the wind. After a few times of him coming out and relighting it, my husband just started doing it himself. It was clear they had no intentions of putting in a new furnace when they really should of. The second issue was they cut down a tree that was in our back yard. After cutting it down they left big and small pieces of the trunk and branches laying around on back yard for weeks. If it was just my husband and I it wouldnt have been that big of a deal to me. But when I take my 2yr old daughter outside to play with her toys and we cant because she cant walk and is falling over big pieces of tree trunk and branches....and they knew we had young children and they just let all of it sit back there for weeks. I even called once to remind them it was there and tell them my children cant play in their backyard but they still took there time getting it gone. The roads are bad. There are Geese all over the place, which is somewhat expected because of the lakes. But they litterly poop all over the place so when you go outside in your yard you're stepping in geese poop. Theres a flat $75 water fee. The mosquitos are terrible! If the trailer you're looking at doesnt have a stove or a fridge you will have to buy your own. You'll also have to buy window AC, most of the trailers dont have central air. All in all, it's an affordable place to live. As long as you follow the rules and dont cause problems it should be a nice experience. In the 2yrs we were living there we were able to save enough money to buy our home.
