Horrible place to try and grow and build a family. They will nit pick certain people and not hold every house to the same standards. They don’t allow any sort of outdoor entertainment for kids. Along with harassing people that pay there lot rent on time every month. But then leaving the Naborhood filled with vehicles with trash in them. But also saying you can’t have more then two vehicles when my Nabor has 4.
Do not move here! The trees are never cut so the limbs fall and cause damage. Management changes every few months and nothing is ever done to address problems. People park in the middle of the street and put cones around their car, but because they are friends with the office this road hazard is ignored. They have a boil order almost every single month. They entice you to live here by saying it's such a good place to live and we care about our residents, but if you ask a majority of the community we all hate what they have done to this place. They will fine you for your yard,but if you bring anything to their attention you are blown off. When your home,car or shed is damaged by their trees they claim act of God when it is gross negligence and willful misconduct. They send you to eviction court even after you have paid the same day.Do yourself a favor and find a community that actually cares about its residents this one clearly does not.

DO NOT RENT FROM Endeavor Communities! They evicted me from their community because someone attempted to stab my wife over mowing our law. They have since - Added an illegal eviction to my background with no proof of it. Bashed my name on Facebook and created fake reviews. They also do not care about their tenants at all and allow people to get away with pulling a knife on someone for literally trying to follow park guidelines and mow their lawn. Corporate - Refuses to return phone calls and will just pay for fake 5 star reviews in Facebook groups. They will also deleted all negative reviews regarding ANY of their communities. Do not fall into this trap. Edit - they don't use an attorney, they illegally post notices that are required to be sent via mail on your door instead and say it's "legal". Corporate doesn't respond to any emails
I would not recommend buying a home and renting a lot from this establishment. No communication between the owners to the renters. They’re high priced for low standards. They refuse to help with any damage resources. When the winter comes around their snow removal is very minimal. When the summer comes around, with any storm debris they will not assist. We have been renting for many years and within the many years we have only heard from this business twice in regards to our needs. I’m sure they will say that they are helpful, but you better come with extra income!
