Went to visit my disabled veteran friend at this property like I have been for the last 3 years. Inside the house delivering food and some drinks for literally 12 minutes. ROCS TOWING towed my vehicle claiming they have a contract IXL mobile home park that is temporary closed down. I've been coming to this property to see my friend for 3 years never been towed. There are no rules .there's one sign with the company logo of the towing company but there are no rules what you can or cannot do. This is highway robbery they charge me $320 to get my vehicle for dropping off food to a disabled veteran that I've been seeing for 3 years every 3 or 4 days. I was told I need a parking pass but your office is closed temporarily closed it says on your website. New management took over the mobile home park and left everybody in the dark. So does that mean IXL mobile home park does not allow visitors? My vehicle was in my veteran friends parking spot. What is IXL mobile home park going to do about this?
