Professional Management and Support: The park indicates an active management presence dedicated to improving the community. New Home Options: The management has "tore down 10 homes and replaced them with new homes in the last year." This service provides opportunities for residents to acquire modern, brand-new manufactured homes within the park, offering updated living spaces and potentially reducing immediate repair needs compared to older units.
Site Lease Management: Residents typically lease the land their manufactured home sits on. This service involves managing these lease agreements, outlining terms, and providing the framework for affordable homeownership.

Community Rules Enforcement: Management enforces park rules, which are crucial for maintaining order and a pleasant environment for all residents. As noted in a management response, addressing issues like "speeding through the park, having four unlicensed dogs, letting their animals run loose" is part of their effort to ensure a safe and harmonious community, which benefits rule-abiding residents.
Pet Policies: While some negative comments mention "unlicensed dogs" and "animals run loose," the management's response indicates that pets are allowed but subject to specific rules (e.g., licensing). Pet-Allowed Policy (with rules): While there are rules to follow (e.g., licensing, leashing), the fact that pets are generally permitted is a key feature for many residents who consider their animals part of the family. The management's focus on enforcing rules regarding loose animals shows an effort to ensure a harmonious environment for all pet owners and non-pet owners alike.
Long-Standing Community: As noted by a former resident who lived there 37 years ago, "I can't believe its still there. Old trailer is still in the same spot." This speaks to the park's longevity, suggesting a degree of stability and establishment, even as it undergoes modernization.

Wow memory lane. I lived here when I was around 6 years old. I'm 43 now. I can't believe its still there. Old trailer is still in the same spot. I will have to drive by one day when I come visit family.
We are trying to improve the the park by repaving the road.We also tore down 10 homes and replaced them with new homes in the last year. Trying to make it a better place to raise a family. We have helped many people with repairs on their homes. But some people who have posted negative comments refuse to follow the rules, like speeding through the park, having four unlicensed dogs, letting their animals run loose.
Look it comes down to who lives there. I have a friend that lives there I like to visit but there are alot of drugs that go through that park. Glad my friend doesn't have kids living in the park. Most residents are very nice but a few are .... well .... you get the idea
My Brother and his friend lived here a few months ago, the place is a dump, but from what I was told, the management doesn't check your credit or ask for real proof of income so if you got the cash, you basically got the trailer. Somewhere to stay while you get your finances in order I'd say.
This place is the utmost nasty, useless mobile home. Not only do they have cockroaches and bed bugs spread from trailer to trailer, but most these homes haves no water, the manager Ed pikes to give free rent for sex, and they have been seen smoking crack, but they got a yard filled with useless junk cars but had the aducity to tow my grandma's car. π Plus, half these trailers are being illegally rented out. Mine is owner by someone else, and they rented it to me until I own it. Now I can't get the title. I'll be taking them for court for that and getting ahold of the courts, the IRS, and anyone else I can involve. DonvD move to this court. It's down right unliveable. π―π -tammy Too
