Trash about here and there. Muddy areas due to lack of parking. Managment is a joke. Went to the office for a general question, asked for the manager, she was not available (even though she was in the back office on what sounded like a personal call). I asked for the managers name and was denied.

Not the best park to live in but newer trailers are nice just the people that live in them don’t take care of them at all nasty people for sure

Great place to live; always quiet and all of the neighbors are friendly. Renting staff and maintenance people are great.

Nice little park. Lots of new trailers. Lots are kinda small.....and they need a Playground/Park/Communal Area very Badly....but otherwise seems nice.
