It’s an alright place to live, but of our neighbor on the first of moving in was telling us we couldn’t park in front of our house literally we do have the right to park there we pay to live there and also they are pretty racist and also 3 times we have had our hose turned on like pouring for who knows how long we felt it was the neighbor kids because the hose is close to their trailer but we bought a lock for the hose and thank goodness it hasn’t been opened since. Now the neighbor doesn’t saying nothing to us but when we see her she be giving us ugly stares but we just ignore her and go on about our day

Lived there for over seven years! I would not recommend renting here. The lot rent goes up every year for “property maintenance” they say. They do nothing to maintain your lot. They over charge for any services they do provide to your lot as well! They advertise that they have a pool but it hasn’t been in use for years now and they will probably never fix it. They give some residents constant notices while others don’t get any notices for the same thing! There are so many more things I could go on about but it would be a book to read when I’m done! FYI, just don’t rent here!!

I didn't really like being sold a Trailer that the roof was damaged before I got it. We moved in to it in January of 2019 and in March of the same year my master bedroom started to leak around the skylight. I didn't have the money to fix it, so it has gotten worse. Also I didn't like the idea of my neighbors having guests park right in the road where my driveway was and I was unable to pull out because I was always afraid that I might hit their vehicles. And right down the road about three Trailers on the other side of the road we had somebody playing their music until all hours of the night. When you have to get up at 4:00 am to go to work and don't get much sleep because of them playing music until they decide to turn it off is not very good at all. Then there was kids going by my Special Needs Childs room and nocking on her window at all hours of the day and night and scaring her. It just was what made us make our decision to move away from there..
