I have lived in the community for 17 years. I enjoy where I live and have never had any real issues. My biggest shout out goes to Laurie the community manager! She does an amazing job and by far is the best addition to our community over the years! She is reliable, attentive, and shows true concern if there ever is an issue. She cares about our residents and it shows on a daily basis. THANK YOU LAURIE for all of your hard work keeping our community on the up and up. I truly hope that you are being recognized for your continued effort!!

Quiet place to live . They raise the rent and sewer payment every year , twice this year . Water is very hard and destroys hot water heaters and any other appliance that you put tap water in or on . They have walk throughs every spring and demand ridiculous improvements such as painting every screw on the exterior of your trailer or be charged $100 a month until it is done . They make a mess out of the roads and yards ( so called improvements) that go unfinished for months sometimes over a year .Some of the staff is friendly

Laurie the park manager is very attentive and helpful. This is a nice park very quiet off and away from any main roads. They are very specific about exterior of units staying in good repair and do inspections after change of ownership and in the spring but that helps keep the park looking nice.
