Deplorable new owners. Just looked at a new trailer here. They move new trailers in without even creating the appropriate amount of parking. Good luck moving in with a family with teenagers or multiple drivers. They only allow 2 parking spots per trailer. And they still don’t have enough room in their current parking for the current residents. I know people that currently live in the park, and that’s why I was going to move there. But they are forcing current residents to find somewhere else to park, or put their vehicles in storage. Not very family friendly, or even roommate friendly. May cause many lifetime residents to move elsewhere where, because they won’t have away of transportation to work etc. Seems like very greedy owners less parking, and raising lot rent for current/new residents while forcing them out of having transportation.
May 21, 2025 · LuI've lived here for ten years, and though the first five were great with an amazing community and upkept lots, now that couldn't be further from the case the following is why we are leaving. This mobile home park has been torn apart due to 3 years of still ongoing re construction and ownership changes twice now. Tearing out ammenitys that they let go just to increase rent to build newer amenities that they charge for that were once free. Countless flat tires from poor upkeep and worn down roadways with sunk in asphalt that they patchwork into barley functional/safe just to save a buck. They left a third of the park unkept and overgrown in the empty lots, making excuses such as we never took care of that before, so why would we now. A sixth of the park with new homes sitting unfinished for over a year at a time. Also, if you're looking for privacy and / or a yard, this isn't the place for you as they have moved new homes closer than leagal lara law allows (way less than 20' by law). This also means that parking spaces have been getting scarce as they have yet to increase parking area whilst adding more trailors than ever before. I hope things turn around for the better soon, but we won't hold our breath. Important to note, new tenents of last year are already listing their homes and moving out . Be careful as they made many addendum to the lease agreement to raise rent and remove responsibilities within a week of notifying you. My rent has gone up 200 dollars since i first lived here all within the past two years and soon to be more. They also take amenities access away from paying tennents for various biased reasons. Additionally, they are unashamed to smear your character, as seen in their reply to my review and to multiple reviews other tennents have left. This park lies and coaxes you into a sense of security, only to betray your trust. They wont even bother to upkeep insects sprays or measures for flee tick and mesquitto and jap. Bettles, and try to put pest control on their tenants (when i treat my yard that pushes all the critters your way, neighbor...) But enough said on my end, let the pictures do the talking as they blatantly are unashamed and are unwilling to appropriately address concerns and obligations of their tennents profesionally and sincerely and often lie overstating thier contribution. They say they owned the park for the past 30 years yet how is it not their fault it got so delapitated and needs such extensive repairs to continue to opperate? P.s. My streat light is still out after the more than fourth repair request in person on the portal and via text. Putting it simply, if things were better, i would change my review as there is no benefit for me to leave a negative review. Do better, dont retaliate and follow the law. Truth be told, your reply to this is simply not factual aspire community. ****update roadway is uneavenly graded, causing black ice build up in winter/ pools of standing water in rain without proper roadcare or drainage
Dec 17, 2024 · Wade W. (Realtalkreviews)Community is nice and clean. Pretty drama free. However, they have been in recent months increasing rent and decreasing amount of things we get (trash service in particular, used to be able to have 3 bags next to can- now we are allowed none and they don’t give us recycling cans. 1 can is not large enough for an entire family for a week). Would be nice if they also had longer/overnight hours for rec room and gym for people who have kids so can’t workout while they’re awake. Overall decent place to live, but with all the new homes and people here- definitely louder than it used to be.
Jan 13, 2025 · Amanda ConstantI just can’t believe these new owners would do this…. Me and my husband lived here almost 20 years, and now my grandchildren have to move away because they can’t have their cars here anymore, so they can’t get to work. Never really any room to being with. They are here to take care of us, and do the things we can’t do. Just disgusted.
May 21, 2025 · Nana SUPDATE: we have been here about 3 years and still very much enjoy this community. There are plenty of sweet older members and TONS of young families. And can’t forget that amenities! But As the community has grown especially in the past year there was one major issue.. cars. The majority of the neighborhood became concerned as there are a few individuals that have more than 3 vehicles, some that don’t ever move. When this was brought up to Aspire I was very pleased with how they reacted so quickly to the issue and came up with a plan for 2 vehicles per house, but you can apply to have a third vehicle if you have 2 or more people living in your home. I felt the need for an update because I am discouraged by some reviews on here that feel negatively on the new rules. This is something that NEEDED to be addressed because these handful of people with extra cars are effecting the whole community. i am looking forward to seeing less crowded parking and thankful for a Managment that listens. Old review: My husband and I moved in to this community a year ago now and honestly it is nothing like any other “trailer park” you’ve seen or heard of… it is very very well kept, they’ve got a brand new splash pad, and pool, and more things to come! We tell everyone who’s looking for a first-time-home and struggling because this market is ruthless to look into getting a modular home especially in this community. Everyone we’ve met is very friendly and there’s a lot of fun community events put on especially during the summers. Just take a drive through Hidden Glades and everything i am typing will be validated
