Customer Reviews
I personally own a home here, would never recommend anyone to ever make the same mistake, the on site manager is a joke,it just someone getting free rent, the main office is located somewhere else, takes weeks to get responses, even if you call. Oh and don't forget they love to issue 5 day eviction notices, which I thought is illegal but I have seen several people have it happen to them.
Not a place where I'd live.
Smells weird, definitely would not recommend.... Update...... Doesn't smell, nice lil place out in the country 🥶
Kyle Hart the realty manager of this park will not answer emails or phone calls. The on site manager is garbage. They're accountant for park is incompetent and is a lier.
It's ok it's expensive too live here because you have to pay for the trailer and the lot rent. Which becomes costly.
