Wildwood is a terrible place. Ever since they're private corporate has changed. You can't get hold of the office.You can't even go into the office, you call them, leave a message and never get back to you.. You need to do something and you need to speak to them to get it done. You can't even get it done. They change the phone number, had on their website and then deleted it off the website, can't get a hold them. I have been here for 13 years. I have never seen this much irresponsibility in our office in the 13 years, I lived here. This place should be reported to the better business bureau. It just seems like there's a lot of corruption going on here. My neighbor has just moved out of this toilet park. Due to you know, they paid $3,000 dollars a month to rent a trailer. Too much corruption around here, like everybody always has to say corruption, it's finest
469 units many people (on soc.sec.) get less than $1,200 / month. Before Sun Communities our rent was $450 (5,400)/yr...Sun 2020 $625 (7,500) Wildwood is Sun communities money maker. now over $3.5 million / year lake resort would be only $5,800 per year to live...Stay away from SUN
$765 a month for what? garbage pickup and they maintain my light? Are you kidding? plus I have to pay property taxes? No way, I'll find somewhere else to live.
People are friendly in this community. For the most part, they keep up their property. My biggest complaint is the the lot rent. This is a 55+ community and every year the lot rent goes up. Most people live on a fixed income. We only get a club house on the property and not much else in the way of extras. It is crazy that we are paying over $7200.00 a year to live here and we own our home. I would never recommend this as a good place for seniors to live.
Living out here for 7 years now. And own a 2 bedroom 1 bath mobile. $640 a month in lot rent is cheaper renting in the area. Then switched it to 55 or older and makes it a nightmare to sell your property. This community would be great for younger people starting off but company won't allow
