We purchased our retirement home and it was completed in April 2020. The place is beautiful. The park is very clean, friendly, quiet, with many amenities. I do not live there yet, but my visits so far has been great. Debbie Brown was our realtor and she was so supportive to us throughout the whole process. After the house was placed, she met all the utilities companies for us as we live in Massachusetts and was unable to be there. Debbie Brown has gone as far as waiting for our furniture delivery, watering our lawn, and being there for us under all circumstances. we are still in the process of fixing up the house and will be retiring there real soon. Gated-Waterfront-Affordable-Great Pool, Access to Tampa Bay....what I like are the activities available inside the community and more importantly for me it is our location and activities so near to the Cove. Examples: biking to downtown St. Pete, 20 minutes to Tampa, (both cities have) Professional Sports, Outside Markets, Golf, Fantastic Restaurants, Beaches, Fine & Performing Arts, Great Health Care, Shopping, Pickleball, Tennis - Soccer, love my Library, Disney, etc....Great place to live - join us!

Gated entrance provides a level of security that allows for a relaxed atmosphere 24/7. Laundry is on site. Pet friendly and well maintained, this is THE place to be if you're 55+ and looking to live the high life in your golden years.
