Services Offered
Mobile home parks typically offer a foundational set of services to their residents, primarily related to lot rental and the upkeep of common areas. At Anchor Inn Mobile Home Park, residents can expect certain basic provisions that are essential for mobile home living.
- Lot Rental: The primary service offered is the rental of individual lots where residents can place their manufactured homes. This typically includes access to necessary utility hookups.
- Utility Connections: Residents can generally connect to essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity on their individual lots. While the specific arrangements for billing (whether directly from utility providers or through the park) can vary, the infrastructure for these connections is a standard offering.
- Trash Services: Typically, mobile home parks arrange for trash collection services for their residents, either through communal bins or individual pickup, contributing to the cleanliness of the park.
- Community Maintenance: The park management is generally responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of common areas, including internal roads and shared spaces. This contributes to the overall appearance and navigability of the community. As one resident noted, it is a "nice place to live, clean."
- Restricted Environment: The park is described as "very restricted," which can be interpreted as having clear rules and regulations in place to maintain order and a certain standard of living within the community. For some residents, these restrictions contribute to a sense of security and a well-managed environment.
Features / Highlights
Beyond the core services, the features and highlights of a mobile home park often center on its community atmosphere, its cleanliness, and the specific rules that shape daily life within its bounds.
- Clean Environment: A consistent highlight from residents is the cleanliness of Anchor Inn Mobile Home Park. This suggests that efforts are made to keep the grounds tidy and well-maintained, contributing to a more pleasant living space for everyone.

This suggests that the park fosters a friendly community atmosphere, where residents generally get along and contribute positively to each other's living experience. For many, a good neighborhood and friendly interactions are paramount to their quality of life.
- Restricted Community Guidelines: The "very restricted" nature of the park implies a structured environment with clear rules. While this can sometimes lead to friction, for other residents, it means a more orderly and predictable living situation. These rules often aim to maintain cleanliness, quiet, and safety standards within the community, which can be a desirable feature for those seeking a more regulated residential setting.
- Established Community: Built in 1959, Anchor Inn Mobile Home Park has a long history, indicating a well-established presence in Oklahoma City's housing market. This can mean mature landscaping and a settled community.
Promotions or Special Offers
Mobile home parks, particularly those focused on long-term residency and affordability, may not always advertise promotions in the same way retail businesses do. However, potential residents interested in Anchor Inn Mobile Home Park should always inquire directly about any current or upcoming special offers. These could include:
- Move-In Incentives: Occasionally, parks might offer reduced security deposits or a waiver of certain fees for new residents.
- Long-Term Lease Discounts: For those planning an extended stay, there might be lower monthly rates for signing a longer lease agreement.
- Referral Programs: Some communities have programs where existing residents receive a benefit for referring new tenants.
Since the park is noted for being "cheap," it's likely that its pricing structure is already designed to be competitive. However, a direct inquiry via phone would be the best way to understand any current opportunities that could further enhance its affordability for new or prospective residents. Be prepared to ask about lot availability, current rental rates, and any specific requirements for placing a mobile home within the park.

Customer Reviews
Nice place to live, clean and very restricted, bad thing about this place is just the manager, rude and when you need something from her be ready to wait for her to hace time for you, you can wait until 10 pm for her, she's not just an energetic person is something else on her that's not good enough, place is cheap and nice people there are nice also
Worst property management I've ever seen. She came by after 9pm with a stobe flashlight claiming my trees of heaven were poison sumack. When I proved they weren't she said I wasn't being neighborly. She handed out and took back two eviction notices. She'd never message or call me directly, always calling my grandmother. When I didn't leave after all the other stuff she did she came down and took my trash can and kicked over my moonflower plants. She acted like she was on drugs almost everytime I met her. I originally thought she just had a lot of energy but when you see the people who come out once she's home you'll understand. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Horrible.
After dealing with a trailer owner who tried to Screw money out of my mother and didn't do repairs to trailer and wasn't on lease for property ... The Manager Tammy was Awesome to let us know not to buy the trailer do to bad roof and she took pictures of roof as proof today July 20, 2023. And over stepped on helping us keep from being taken advantage of by the evil person. Then let us know of another trailer that would be available for cheaper price and better condition at $14,000.. We all went to see it outside only do to people still moving out and we loved what we saw of outside and Tammy said she will help clean up inside of it. So we will be back Monday or Tuesday to see inside and decide to buy it then.. Tammy (manager) needs a raise for going up and beyond for strangers that were about to get screwed out of $17,000 of a 74 year old lady that had been evicted from a home she had owned since 1969 and needed a New home and thanks to Tammy she has found Home as my mom said after we left..
I feel safe here and don't mind coming home at night. Great management and friendly neighbors. Nice clean park. Overall a great place to live.
Unhappy with the people walking around with flashlights! Whoever taught you two it was okay to shine passing vehicles should be arrested. Some should notify the parks management so this can be put to a stop.
