Customer Reviews
They have pot holes everywhere in the roads . If you don’t have a truck or suv it will cause more damage, I have seen cars Lose their bumpers and some have got stuck. the new owners are looking for anyway to clear out the trailer houses that people are living in to replace them with oil field portable buildings . And they make everyone pay$50 per vehicle past 2 vehicles even if you own more then 1 trailer. Everyone has to have insurance and updated tags on their vehicles except for the maintenance workers which have more then 2 cars and they have no tags on theirs and they don’t run and they aren’t charged for their vehicles . This is a very crooked place . AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, YOU CAN FIND BETTER HOUSING ELSEWHERE FOR ALLOT LESS!!!
Office is NEVER open, sometimes sign will say open but door is locked? Its always something with this place, family has been living here since 2012 and i just wouldn’t recommend!
I am part of a nonprofit organization,, Called Homeless military veterans you can look it up on Facebook anyways the managers wife also helps in contributes with feeding the homeless in the city city. The maintenance sucks and is real slow and sometimes doesn't know what he's doing.
Went to visit a friend the pot holes are bad here your lucky if your car doesn’t scrap when you drive thru and the management company is kicking everyone out that has a felony no matter what it is and kicking those out who let them live with them and they are putting these buildings in that have 1 front window and all the doors and windows on the left side , when Larry was their landlord he was a slumlord but he didn’t want to kick everyone out to make it so everyone would have to find somewhere to live with short notices
Honestly at first we liked the place. The staff was friendly and pretty nice if a bit ditsy. We were shown a couple mobile homes. We found one we liked filled out the paperwork. when we came back we put down the holding deposit. We waited to see if we were approved, and when we came back with the rest of the down payment/deposit. After we'd spent almost two whole hours doing the paperwork (I honestly don't think it should have taken that long.) on the loan and the rental agreement (Yes all of it finished and finalized.), They told us The Owner (a Lawrence Philip.) didn't agree with us having that particular mobile home mostly due to "our age".
