Customer Reviews
Wow. Just a visiting a friend. Really enjoyed the feel and look of the place. Well established and maintained. Plenty of old growth trees to provide shade.Love the variety if trailers. So many older models to see mixed on with newer models. My friend loves this place.
The tornado shelter that was promised on the lease has been closed for an extended period of time, making it inaccessible to residents. However, the property does offer amenities such as a pool and a basketball court, although the pool is exclusively for residents. Unfortunately, there is no longer a tennis court available on the premises. It would be beneficial for the management to consider making improvements to the basketball court to enhance its functionality.
Gotta love these people and places more than willing to con people out of their hard earned money! Proof you can't and shouldn't slap a bow on a pig and call it pretty. Especially when it can be detrimental to their health.
The address always comes up wrong so it always takes me to somewhere else
1 main reason i chose to live here was because they offered a tornado shelter ,but tornado shelter has been closed for over a year and they refuse to fix it . They said they were not going to fix it but continue to increase rent and can’t even offer the tornado shelter they did when we first moved in.
