Really nice campground in a beautiful setting. Helpful and friendly staff too. Enjoyed the camp store, their little library, and the surrounding area. The nearby Sand Spring Trail is an amazing hike. Met some really nice people in Rehrersburg, including a church elder organist at the local historic church who invited us in for a tour and played their 200 year old organ for us. What a treat! Thanks for a fantastic getaway! We highly recommend this campground.
Jul 16, 2025 · CTBEasy to get to right off the highway but it wasn't too noisy. Loved the campground. Frog pond was a big hit. Fishing available with bait vending machine in the campground. Nice sites with plenty of space. Icecream shop was a favorite. They also have an arcade.
Jun 18, 2025 · K CFirst time to the campgrounds. Very clean, sites were all well kept, people all were very friendly. Great place to camp for a few days or for the hole season. Had a very nice time. Will definitely visit again. Had sites for any kind of camper. Can pull up in your RV or pitch a tent. Can even rent little cabins. Have a pool, arcade, playground a stocked pond for fishing. And have different events thru out the season.
Jul 28, 2025 · Heather ChapkovichBeautiful campground with plenty to do. We come up for family vacation yearly and stay in one of the cottages (which is absolutely beautiful at first glance) but once we’re settled in we notice that whomever the cleaning company is, fails to actually clean. The floors weren’t mopped, with dark dirt spots throughout, cleaning on the bathroom sink wasn’t done as there was hair (that certainly wasn’t ours) and just dirt. The loft area wasn’t vacuumed and previous renters forgot socks that were left in both sides of the lofts. The floors weren’t mopped next to the tub and lastly it had not been dusted at all. We’ve learned to check the a/c filters upon arrival. Overall like I said it’s beautiful but the cleaning company does not do simple housecleaning which is a shame when you spend that kind of money.
Jul 13, 2025 · sunshyne SAbsolutely the worst experience ever! Once you come in you feel the racism… from the staff, the campers and the manager he took one looked at us and instantly gave a bad eye even when my husband and I greeted them we didn’t get greeted back. The worst feeling ever. Please take your family somewhere else this place is not friendly! Especially if you don’t look like them.
