I'm giving it two Star, because they did call me back after I left a message within 30 minutes. But by that time we had drove there and was looking for the office at 10 at night. We weren't going to make it to our campsite before closing and we just needed somewhere to stay until early morning. They had four open sites but called me while we were driving through and said they were full didn't know that we were there. Most RV communities don't like late arrivals due to noise. It was not a trailer that has a lot of work to do and we just needed a place to sleep, money is money.

It doesn't look very nice, as in no pavement or landscaping, but I did like the quiet and the location between Mansfield and Arlington. Management was nice, and quick to respond if anything was requested.

Exceptionally nice place and friendly people... But they don't take older RVs According to some of the residents which is disappointing because I'm looking for a place to live near where I work and my old camper is all I can afford.
