Arrowhead Campsites & Mobile Home Park About

For many Floridians, the pursuit of an affordable and convenient living solution, whether it's for a temporary escape or a more permanent residency, often leads to exploring the world of RV parks and mobile home communities. In Ocala, a city celebrated for its equestrian charm and natural beauty, Arrowhead Campsites & Mobile Home Park stands as a long-standing option for those seeking such accommodations. This article aims to provide a comprehensive and factual overview of Arrowhead Campsites & Mobile Home Park, drawing on publicly available information and customer experiences to help local users in Florida determine if this park aligns with their specific needs and lifestyle.

RV parks and mobile home parks, while distinct in their primary offerings, both cater to a demographic looking for flexibility, community, and often, a more budget-friendly alternative to traditional housing. RV parks, like a portion of Arrowhead Campsites, are designed for recreational vehicles, offering sites with essential hookups and a range of amenities for short-term or extended stays. Mobile home parks, on the other hand, provide lots for manufactured homes, often fostering a more permanent residential community. Arrowhead Campsites & Mobile Home Park uniquely blends these two concepts, offering both RV sites and mobile home lots, appealing to a broader spectrum of residents and visitors.

Understanding what a combined park like Arrowhead offers is crucial. Beyond just a place to park your RV or set up your mobile home, the community atmosphere, available services, and general upkeep significantly impact the living experience. Our goal is to present a balanced perspective on Arrowhead Campsites & Mobile Home Park, highlighting its reported strengths and areas where prospective residents might want to inquire further, ensuring you have the information you need to make an informed decision about your stay or residence in Ocala.

We stayed a month here, the RV sites were adequate, all inclusive, water, electric and sewer at a very reasonable price. It was peaceful and quiet. I would stay again despite the negatives. There is a reasonably priced laundry on site which has plenty of machines, but… there is someone that fills all the machines and then just leaves them sit full so no one else can use anything until they get off their lazy butts ti get their laundry out, we encountered this issue often. Lots of cats running all over the place. As at every campground, however, there were 4 sites with deadbeats that let 5 dogs that loose most of time, and loose dogs don’t get picked up after. The dog in the photo was loose, as are two other dogs on the same site.

The worst and cheapest place to rent. The office staff including the manager Penny gossip and bad mouths the tenants. Every property is roaches infested and they don’t care or do anything about it. Repairs are done as cheaply s possible and the stoned maintenance person usually isn’t trained to make repairs. One of the bathtubs in our rental was already cracked and repaired when it broke again and they refused to fix it because of the size of the residents. The other tub was refinished and half of the paint came off making it unusable. There are no amenities except a pool that is closed for repairs more than it’s open. If it’s open you are lucky if it’s not green as a swamp. They gate is left unlocked when you can’t see to the bottom. There are no chairs or benches to sit on. All of the pictures are of tenants plants, the park is not landscaped and if you’re lucky it gets mowed every 6 weeks. The shuffleboard court they advertise has long been paved over and nothing else is available. The rear area of the park is frequently visited by police and fire rescue. Homeless roam the street because there is no fencing.

This place is sad . Little girl drowned here pool wasn't locked , failed inspection, and they kept letting people in . Penny , Dennis & Charlie are all racist . Peeny always has her head up her butt . Dennis goes along with what penny says and he's over the complex . Workers are all door heads . Won't fix anything .

This is the coolest little campground. It is so close to Route 75 but yet so quiet once you get in on your site. The pull through sites are long, grassy, level and beautifully kept. Charlie, the caregiver is the hidden gem of this place, he literally escorted us to our site in a golf cart and made sure that we were all set, meeting us after hours to do so. We definitely will stay here again in our travels.
