Customer Reviews
Walking trails were longer than we anticipated but there were options for shorter routes too. We'll be back with proper shoes next time!
Decent people, don't agree with were the lot rent increases have been going. For services offered.
My dad has lived here for over 25 years in a couple different trailer lots. He's been happy with the park. It's appears to be an older group of residents there. Now 80 I was pleased to hear one day that the manager was teaching a new landscaper how to cut the grass and they swung by and did my dad's and his neighbor's lots. 👍
It's a nice quiet trailer park, set right in Orwell.
The owner is a racist, classist POS - He calls the people who live there "Trailer Trash" - Well what does that make you then if you own the park? King of Trailer Trash? He tries to intimidate residents and then shame them in his little park newsletter. When that doesn't work, he strong-arms the owners of the trailer to evict you or he will force them to take the trailer out of the park. I'd give it ZERO stars, but I have to give at least one for the review.
