These people are selfish and disrespectful. They don’t care about their tenants at all. But wants that rent money. Took them a year to replace an AC unit and two days and still waiting on them to fix the water pipes to the house since we have no water at all. They don’t care of you have kids or not that you have to feed and have water for. It’s ridiculous and they need better people to take over!
I don't have water because why exactly? Y'all had people out here digging and now my water doesn't work I can't shower, and I can't even flush my toilet? Can you please start notifying people if you're gonna have people out here messing with it? It's after hours too so there's no way to reach you until tomorrow.
I rent a lot from them. I've had no issues, and they seem to keep the neighborhood quiet. The only reason I didn't give 5 star is because they have fixed my drive yet
