Oh my God where do I start? This company is awesome. Carlos the sales person and Claudie . they are great sales people they sold me my home. Their customer service is top-tier. They treated me very, very good and made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. I really recommend buying from this company. Please go see Carlos and Claudie please go over there and check them out. They won’t disappoint.
I went in wanting to buy a home. They never cared enough to informed me that they were looking at cash buyers before credit ones so I wasted weeks in hopes that my application would get looked at. Finally, I made the decision to look elsewhere. Today out of curiosity I checked their website and I noticed they have inaccurate "testimonials." I found an old review I left and it stated that I am a resident which is a lie. See I couldn't live in a place where there is no honesty or transparency.
Been here 8 years and it just gets worse too many vacant trailers looks crowded. The office people suck and people buy the new trailers, but dont last i guess they figure they made a mistake lol. I wouldn’t pay no 100k for a trailer theyre crazy and most of the trailers look rushed when they were built you can notice the details. The porches look cheap and rot fast. New neighbors complain about everything, its a trailer park what do you expect dont like it should of never moved here.
