I do not live here, and I will be convincing my daughter to find somewhere else to live. 09/11/2024 I was visiting my daughter today, and they put a sticker on my truck. We saw them on camera, and went outside before the young gentleman even walked away. I visit my daughter often. I park in the same spot either across the street where no one lives or in her yard. The difference today was that there was an eviction, and there was an entitled female there that apparently has let power get to her head. As well as an older gentleman that is trying to enforce rules that no one else follows. I moved the truck then was told I could not park on the grass (never been a problem before, and there are plenty of others in the grass) I was told I have to park at the front office, and walk to her house. I am disabled, and I am sure that parking there would get another sticker on my car. On my way out I took photographs of other vehicles on the grass that obviously can't be moved as well as some parked in vacant lots, and multiple parked on the grass, and road. None of these cars had stickers on them. If you're enforcing rules for one person, you should do it for all. Teach your staff to be kind human beings. I visited the community and a few trailers and was impressed. The floor model looked amazing. The sales agent Jasmine was very nice and professional and she knew what she was doing. I can really tell she cares about the people. She goes over and beyond to make sure your taken care of and comfortable.

Jasmine showed us around and she was really nice, knowledgeable and personable! The homes look nice and she was able to answer all the questions I had. Really great experience overall and I would definitely recommend.

Apparently you gotta have perfect credit to live in a trailer that you’re buying with cash nowadays. I had around 100,000$ in my bank and they wouldn’t let me buy a trailer in this park. This place sucks!!!!!!
