Me and my brother and I have been living in this cumunity for almost 3 years now. The on-site manager Kathy has been here for us since we purchased our home has been amazing. I've seen her working diligently at improving our community and keeping it safe for all living here. She also had a school stop structure build for the children in our community so as not to be outside exposed to the rain waiting on their school bus to arrive. In conclusion, I'd just like to say that I'm very glad to be here and to thank our on-site property manager, Kathy, for doing such a wonderful job!
Place has come along way it's peaceful and the community has great residents.
I have been staying here for some time now the trailer park was run down and trailers were falling apart grass was all grown up now it is newer trailers park Manager is doing good at keeping all of the bs out of the park no drama allowed zero tolerance on any drugs noise ordinance reasonable rent
Me and my wife have lived here since 2020 and this park has been improving steadily in these past 3 years. Kathy is an excellent park manager who has always worked hard to help with anything I've asked. They have a wonderful playground that my stepson enjoys playing at and overall the property itself continues to evolve into a great place to live. I would recommend this place to any looking for an affordable home with a great community.
It was the worst place I've ever lived in my life. They don't care about the tenants, only about making more money. They are scammers. They violated me for 2 inches of siding that came off, promised to remove the fee since it was fixed, and guess what? They never removed the fee, allowed late fees to build up, and STILL tried to make me pay it even after we left!!! All they care about is money and how the outside of the trailers look, who cares if the inside is moldy and infested with roaches and rats. I guess if you're a dope head, it's perfect!
