I was manipulated and scammed out of my money after Monica begged me not to throw her and maintenance under the bus for misleading me. She told me to make up something when I parted my ways in my letter. Then they never gave me back my deposit like she said she would. 1 My trailer got broke into 2. Nothing worked in my trailer at all 3. The ventilation system had mold in it, it is also infested with spiders and ants they were coming out of the electrical sockets it was so bad. 4. Shower head and bath tub faucet flying off when you turn on the water. She basically set me up for failure on purpose I believe but now I’m suing and will be filing a police report and pressing charges as well. So unprofessional I pulled up in another car while she was in her office and basically watched her ignore my calls several times. I tried to see if she was goin to redeem herself but this had to be done. This lady is manipulative and can not be trusted at all. She try’s to make it seem like someone else is behind it when it’s really her. This just one pic the rest will be displayed when we go to court. I had to fix everything myself. Maintenance man is not certified at all.
The Property Manager Monica is amazing!!! She’s went above and beyond to help us get moved in! I have already told people who are looking for places to rent to contact her!!
This is the best place to rent I really love my time there and Ms Monica is the best I love her and how she carry herself thank yall so much will be referring people and telling them about my experience 😄
I really enjoyed the quietness of the park ,no stray animals friendly neighbors, not trahy.Monica was a great help to us she worked with us showed us around.I recommend anybody to stay here
