We had reservations at Beaver Meadow Campground and were so impressed by how large, beautifully maintained, and well-equipped it was. The amenities looked fantastic, and we were really looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately, our tongue jack failed right after unhitching, and we had to cut our trip short. Even though I didn’t expect a refund, the staff went above and beyond: they graciously refunded one night and the guest fees we had paid for overnight visitors, without us even asking. Their kindness and customer service really stood out. We’ll definitely plan to return when we can fully enjoy all that Beaver Meadow has to offer. Highly recommended!
Sep 16, 2025 · Renée A SuttonBeaver Meadow Family Campground is a beautiful and spacious place to camp! The location is absolutely stunning, with plenty of scenic views and lots of room to spread out and enjoy nature. The amenities are excellent—everything you could need for a comfortable stay is right there. A special shoutout to Jeff and Kim, who made our stay even better with their warm hospitality and helpfulness. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. While some of the weekenders were a bit noisy, it didn't take away from how much we enjoyed our time here. We would definitely come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-filled getaway!
Sep 12, 2024 · Jay C.This was our 2nd time coming here. My wife and I stayed from Thurs to Sunday. We are a lot more seasoned with our popup trailer and we wanted a close get away. Check in was quick and painless. Made sure we had the same one as the one I picked with the online reservation. We got close 100s to be closer to the restroom. Probably should have asked for clarification on where our site started and ended as they do not have clear boundaries. If you go pole to pole it almost looks like 1 site can have 2 fire pits. Just ask at the office for help, will solve land disputes. We had to wait till the tent campers left before we could head out. It's pictured. Total trip was great. Not a lot of people and the weather was nice. They had a food truck one on Friday or Saturday. Only thing that's a bit much is their shower situation. I get they are on well water. All trailer sites do have water lines. So why do the showers have to have either push button or hold the handle for the showers. Also, they are preset to a certain temp. So make sure you shower when it's warm. I took 1 when it was 58 out and brrrr. But we like it enough to keep coming back. If we can get a seasonal by the bathrooms, we probably will.
Aug 18, 2022 · Troy KlahnPlace stunk so bad was filled with garbage everywhere wasn't aloud to drink got yelled at for my gay flag, told me queers arent alloud here the onwer was smoking in my face while i tried to talk to her. The bathrooms were full of black mold and bugs. i got told my kind isnt allowed here by 3 people im African American. The owners and people going there was just horrible!. The pool was full of algae and unkept it smelled horrendous like mold but worst to say the owners kicked me out for being (black)
Jul 04, 2025 · kittywithbluntsGreat place to bring the family, very clean restrooms, showers and campsites. I used a random porta potty they had on a back road and it was the cleanest porta potty I've ever been in. They had a cute vendor show on Sat. At the community center, along with corn hole. The pool there is amazing, it's a heated salt water pool. Therd bounce pillow for the kids and an open field for kickball, baseball, whatever. Definitely going back again. I didn't have cell service or internet here but they do offer wifi for $5/day which worked well.
