I’ve been living here at pines going on about 3 years now and about a year ago the park came under new management. Old management wouldn’t make any repairs and basically sat back collecting a paycheck. When new management took over I was honestly expecting more of the same but I’m happy to say I couldn’t have been more wrong. The new property manager, Kristin, is definitely one of those people that is about getting things done. For example, the first month she was here she made sure the skirting on my trailer was fixed. This was something I had begged the previous management to fix for two years straight, I only had to ask her once and it was done. I’ve noticed the park as a whole in the past year is improving as well. Cluttered yards have been cleaned up and a community garden is being set up. I see the improvements and I wanted to take the time to put this out there for anyone looking to move here. When I initially moved here I would have rated this place two stars at most but now with the positive changes and having a property manager that actually cares and addresses concerns I’d say this place is on track of getting a 5 star ratings soon.
