I usually don't say much about a place but I' just have to be honest I'd say over priced rent I hear it's around 450 bucks a month to put a trailer on those lots for another 100 a month a person could buy a small lot some where I don't know what is happening to my country but in the end we all have to answer for our way we done stuff while we was on this earth so i would not want to be standing beside the ones that took advantage of riches and wealth from hard working folks that worked away their lives to rent a small place of dirt on this earth to have a place to rest .this is only an opinion and not meant to harm any business or its owners or land lords .....or shall I say lord of the lands
Think long and hard about moving here. They expect you to take care of their land when you are just leasing it even if it's a serious safety issue. Homeless people wandering through the park,once again they expect you to do something about it.There's a homeless camp right beside the park management doesn't tell you that.Lot rent is twice as high as any other park. They dont keep the streets plowed in the winter.I made a huge mistake moving here.
