If you value your safety do not move out here. It is ratchet! it's trash and the manager does not do her job not professional at all. They allow homeless people to walk around and harass tenants. The manager allows tenants harassing other tenants. You don't get your mail. They do not pick up the trash but the management and staff stay in other people's business instead of doing their job and professional matter.

You can paint all you want but it will always be a dump. Because you charge to much. You could go to any other park and pay less. AND have your yard mowed with that. How you like living in the white cage? Glad they did not paint it gray?.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My rent has increased every month since I moved in. They charge $40 for trash. My trash hasn't been picked up yet and it's next to the road. $85 in fees additional to the rent. It's ludicrous.
