As a long-time resident, I’ve witnessed many changes in our community, but ever since new Management took over I have seen a dramatic change. The community pools are sparkling clean. The resident parking has improved. Melodie and Maryuri rock in the leasing office. From the very beginning, they have been incredibly helpful and attentive, making my experience here truly enjoyable. They are always available to answer questions and address concerns, going out of their way to ensure that every resident feels valued. I highly recommend this manufacturer home community,

Update the new management is great the do take care of your problems all you have to do is communicate with them.The only problem left is my rent going up by $120.per month every year and that can take a toll on you. Because the only thing going up is the rent and not the income your bringing in.Atleast the last property owners knew what was going on with inflation orHow hard it is to run a household with inflation going up.

Nice management from what I could tell. Can't give opinion on the actual month to month care of property. Seems to be a decent mobile home park.
