There’s a lot I can say but I will stick to one thing! The playground! The safety of children should be top priority and they have been notified of the playground issues and yet still nothing has been done! New management needs to do better!

The place is good and well kept but the manager is just flat out disrespectful, they just got a new manager because they can't keep one longer than 4 months, the new manager at this time will take your dogs off of their leash in your yard and take them straight to the pound, she'll come up on your porch and start demanding that you take things off of the porch because they look like junk to her even if they're not junk she will still demand you take them off, if you don't have a blind in your window she'll find you $50 and if you don't have your yard mowed she'll charge you $75 for them to mow it plus an additional $75 for them just to weed eat it now that's a bit excessive.

Nice place to live with children a few problems gotta a couple of those people who think they can do what they want. New management is trying to get things straightened out think one of the problems is employees of new manager the employees need to be professional and lead by example not break all the rules when management isn’t around . Most of the people here seem good and I seen people saying trash or trashy I think is funny because to me this is the cleanest and nicest area in Austin I mean we are in Austin man Not a gated community But all and all Carol is doing a pretty good job got to say she has done more then any manager I ever met!! Very nice women will work with you and try and help you get a home she is very helpful when asked or told. A Few things to fix but your getting there but keep up the good work Carol I believe your heading in he right direction to clean this place up so thank you Carol .
