From an anniversary trip to a family getaway, this resort aims to provide memorable moments right on the sand, a truly sought-after commodity in the Sunshine State.
Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort is renowned for its unparalleled direct oceanfront access, offering "1,500 linear feet of Atlantic Ocean beachfront for your enjoyment." Imagine stepping out of your RV or tent and directly onto the sand, ready to enjoy the sunrise over the Atlantic. One satisfied camper perfectly encapsulated this, stating, "Our campsite was right on the boardwalk and we loved the sunrises. The store has a little bit of everything and just what we needed. Other than the waves crashing on the beach, it was very quiet. Our site was level, the grounds were clean. Laundry, clean bathrooms and showers, plenty of hot water and water pressure."
The staff consistently receives high praise, with reviewers noting, "ALL of the staff we encountered during our 4 day stay were amazing! Everyone was friendly, helpful and great at answering questions," and "The staff at checkin, the store, and the lady cleaning the restrooms were all very nice and friendly." This commitment to customer service ensures a welcoming atmosphere. While one review did highlight challenges with specific neighbors and noise, the overall sentiment points to a generally quiet environment, disturbed primarily by the "waves crashing on the beach." The resort’s unique selling proposition lies in its direct beachfront location and the attentive staff, making it a highly desirable spot for those who prioritize ocean access and friendly service for their Florida camping adventures.

While explicit "special offers" in the promotional sense (e.g., "buy one night, get one free") are not broadly advertised, the resort implements tiered pricing that inherently offers better value for longer stays and during off-peak seasons.
- Seasonal and Weekend Pricing: Rates vary significantly by season and day of the week. For instance, Premier Beachfront RV sites can range from $190/night in the fall/winter to $240/night on weekends during high season (January-April).
- Special Event Rates: Higher rates apply during major events like Race Week, Bike Week, Easter Week, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day, with Premier Beachfront sites reaching up to $275/night.
- Weekly and Monthly Rates: Significant savings are available for extended stays. For example, Oceanview sites offer weekly rates from $630-$895 and monthly rates from $1700-$2680, depending on the season, providing a promotion for longer-term visitors. Camper's Village sites (across A1A) are even more budget-friendly for weekly/monthly stays.
- Discounts: The resort offers discounts for Military personnel and Good Sam Club members. It is always recommended to inquire about these discounts when making reservations.
- Cabin Rentals: Rates for cabins also vary by season and view, with options like Oceanview Camptown Cabins ranging from $140-$185 per night.
It is important to note that only one RV and one vehicle are typically included per site, with additional parking incurring an extra daily charge. Pets are welcome in campsites for no additional fee, but not in cabins, and a fine applies if this rule is broken. Customer Reviews
This was our anniversary trip and we thought camping by the beach seemed perfect!!! We discovered this beach campground and made reservations. I want to start by saying ALL of the staff we encountered during our 4 day stay were amazing! Everyone was friendly, helpful and great at answering questions. It was a good beach, plenty of room for everyone. The biggest drawback to camping here, is the rude Yankees who come down and are rude and have no respect for others. They definitely need camping etiquette lessons!!! The older couple next to us had 2 dogs and had their campsite "fenced" for them. When their kids and grandchildren arrived to stay in the cabin across the street, it becomes very loud!! We try to ignore them. Every time they go out of their fence, they walk through my camp, to get to the beach wall. My husband asked politely for campsite respect (we don't know this folks!) and we got dirty looks. We go about our business and a few hours later, as I'm prepping dinner, I look out to see this woman walking her two dogs through my site!!!!!! I open the door and ask her if for all things holy to please quit walking through my site (She had to duck, to go under my awning!!) and suddenly the whole family is yelling at me!!! I told them to move their dog fence back and walk along their camp. The husband proceeded to yell that that was ridiculous and why should he move it. I gave up and shut my door as they continued to yell......I'm not engaging with idiots. So, these are the type neighbors you have to endure. The price point seems a bit high, when you think about it. The shower houses could use updating, but had wonderful water pressure. I don't know that we'll camp here again....
We enjoyed our stay here. The staff at checkin, the store, and the lady cleaning the restrooms were all very nice and friendly. Our campsite was right on the boardwalk and we loved the sunrises. The store has a little bit of everything and just what we needed. Other than the waves crashing on the beach, it was very quiet. Our site was level, the grounds were clean. Laundry, clean bathrooms and showers, plenty of hot water and water pressure. Java Joint, a mile down the road, has great food and service.
We having been staying here for 2 night and I have to say this is the cleanest RV campground we have ever been too. The bathrooms and showers stay clean and smells fresh. The whole campground is clean. Being able to walk right to beach is amazing. Thanks for a great experience.
This location is hard to beat. With sites that back right up to an ocean view, it’s spectacular. The price point reflects that prime location, but unfortunately the bath houses need some TLC to keep up and justify the nightly rate. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked for nearly any need you could have and reasonably priced! Hopefully some bath house renovations are in the future to match the site grooming and care taking to the rest of the property.
Truly stunning campground. Nothing between you and ocean. The staff was delightful. Our neighbors were awesome and the vibes are amazing when everyone is this close to the ocean. You have a literal private beach as this is a sparsely populated stretch. Very low key yet beautiful stretch of the Florida coast; cute little beach towns just down the road including an amazing Mexican / Cuban joint (Dulce de Leche Cafe). Worth every penny and I can not wait to stay again!
