Customer Reviews
I lived here in a rental for a year. The people are very clicky..and super nosey. I attended a dinner and parade and being on my own no one wanted to extend a hello to me at all. My rental unit had mold and the manager was really rude about it. I had several items ruined due to mold, and broken appliances and many other issues. The girls in the office were completely rude at all times. These people dont care about anything but their profit margin, and they hate to help you with anything. Bad toxic environment..run ..do not live here..these people are awful!! They have a terrible roach problem and snake problem in the park..I was constantly fighting off snakes in front of my house. Rattlers!! But no one seemed to care.. And were really rude!! Always!!
Agree with others lot rent high; however, when we returned home after most recent hurricane, the park/streets were already cleared- so refreshing! I know someone in a park close by that did not experience a quick clean up/no work crew, minimal support. This park employs several people who maintain the property with what appears high standards. This type of care/diligence is not cheap to uphold- The owner frequently funds dinners- and lunch subs for residents- The residents here are very nice- they help each other which is wonderful- Amenities are good- pool is well maintained/clean. The gym has nice equipment allowing for a full body workout including cardio machines- We have lived here for a little over two years and have always felt safe- the park is tucked away in its own little enclave- we can walk to several restaurants-access to roads/highways, major airports/attractions- We are moving back home to Texas but definitely wanted to leave a positive review based on our experiences here.
RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN WE HAVE 45 EMPTY HOMES HERE! Once you buy your home your STUCK or you better have 2YRS To wait to sell your home when you put it on the market. Over price lot at 200$ to 500$ For other parks that are even nicer than this one, keep looking! **UPDATE rent for 2025 is 1054$ EVERY YEAR UP 70 TO 90$ KNOW THIS BEFORE YOU BUY by 2027 it'll be 1300$ Monthly Moved in April 2021; monthly lot rent 740$ now its September 2023 my lot rent in January 2024 will be 985$ an increase of $195 in 2yr! A far cry from the 25$ annually I was told when I ask before moving in; what the annually increase average! That was too high even then, but I wasn't 55. This is one of the very few parks that allows you to be 45. So he can get away the price gouge. Next lie water garbage and taxes paid 🙄 um NO. You pay it, but it split between everyone in the park. I live alone other people have 2 or 3 people living with them. One lady in the park Braggs that she takes 3 showers a day I pay her share. The taxes are also put on your annual increase. If you want the convenience of paying your bill online, he charges you a $29.90 Convenience fee! convenient for who his bank account? The problem is, this is not a golf community. This is not a gated community there's no gate protecting us. This is not a five star Retirement resort, it's a modular home park.. 3 stars at best! I had family come visit this summer. I drove them around. They could not believe that we pay that much for lot rent. I have called many many parks in this area in last few months; When I tell them what he charges. They cannot believe it. We are the only ones that are this outrageous! UNLESS it is a golf resort or luxy community! Here, it's nothing special. It's decent but it's nothing special. I have done the homework. There are parks all over this area and in Orlando and Tampa. That are $200 to up to $500 cheaper a month! But most all of them you do need to be 55 years old. I'm 54 as soon as I turn 55 I'm out here! I didn't think 1 person could be quite so greedy. I understand running a business to make more money. Iran a business for 25yr I STILL do; But I also understand human decency. But he has more empty units than any of the other parks in this area because most of them sit empty for months! People come in, they look hear the lot rent and they leave most people that stay are under the age of 55. Also, there's nothing included special in your lot rent, you don't get no maintenance. They don't come and do any work for you. You literally just pay for your little square of grass And sometimes we get a free Sandwich from Publix with a bag of chips. 🙄🤣
They can only raise rent 5 percent a year. I saw a mobile for sale but when saw rent price that is crazy. Twice what it is at places by Bushnell.
Seems like the rent over here is pretty high. Compared to the other mobile parks / communities that I got to visit. This seems a little way too high. Almost $950 for lot rent. That doesn't make any sense unless the residents are getting real value. But the price should be more like 650 or less a month. If you're not able to sell your property to move out they will maybe give you 20% of the value of the property, that's it. Just my opinion.
