I love that it tuck back in the middle of the woods away from the mail road but close enough to the stores we need to get supplies. The people are very friendly and the new manage is a great friendly guy. He is doing a wonderful job cleaning up the place and maintaining the property

Living here full time since August 2019 lot rent is great property needs a face lift as for the big holes in the road and some areas need landscaping but it's a great location and the lots give you plenty room . Love it here..

Not for the "occasional RV'er" and is truly more of a trailer park with long term older broken-down-looking campers. Junk cars and trash everywhere. I did not even get out of my vehicle - solo female RV'er - didn't feel safe. Don’t take my word for it, look at the attached pictures and see for yourself.

It's nice because it's out in the woods and no one really bothers you. It's lame because they don't even have an outhouse. A sheetz is about 5 mins down the road though.
