The value proposition is embedded in the overall experience and the high level of service provided by Nick and Tja.

However, the strong sentiment from returning guests ("I am already looking forward to being back again. Hopefully, I can start coming more than once a year. Thank you!") suggests that their pricing and experience are competitive and satisfying enough to foster significant guest loyalty. While not a direct promotion, consistent quality and a welcoming environment often lead to repeat business and positive word-of-mouth, which is a powerful form of promotion in itself.

Blue Ridge Basecamp was the best Labor Day get-away we could have asked for! The camper and location were a 10/10 and the hosts were an absolute 11/10! Their hard work and love for what they are doing was clear in every detail of our experience. The camper was incredibly clean and well equipped. When half the outlets went out at 10pm because we overloaded the breaker and couldn’t figure out how to get it back on, they came and got us running again. Amazing, amazing service and fantastic location. We even saw two bald eagles fly over the property! I would not hesitate to book this campsite again, we hope to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Ridge Basecamp! It is conveniently located to some amazing fishing, hiking, and sightseeing. We stayed in the primitive sites (#5). Crossing the stream to shuttle gear over is easy, there are large rocks in place to use as steps without getting wet. We can't wait to get back to BRB to camp again!
