The owners are reasonable people just not some of the tenants or their associates. Somebody stole a vehicle in broad daylight out of my driveway. If you do move I would suggest the back of the trailer park. They do have decent people in bon amis.

This trailer park needs a lot of TLC. Many trailers need to be hauled out b/c of abandonment, and no up keeping in which many of them needs to be torn down. There are so many bumps in the pavement (well it's more like a dirt road) that are big enough to be craters. It was so hard on my car and the mud and water in them didn't help. The mobile homes are too close together in my opinion and the grass needs to be cut and maintained.

The roads are horrible in that park. People with nice cars can't even go in the park because of the huge Hole's. You would think with all the lot rent that they collect from the tenant's they could afford to put asphalt down

I don't recommend this location to anyone. They don't fix anything. When it rains, doesn't even have to rain Alot, the place becomes a swamp. The pot holes are bad. The lady Land Lord is Snoppy. The trailers, eh...they're ok. Some are nice. She also charges a pet deposit. The pictures that are posted of this place look a hell of Alot better/nicer than the actual place itself. And she's a cop caller. Calls the calls for any lil thing. So if any of you are interested.....DONT DO IT, ITS A TRICK.
