While specific, publicly advertised "promotions" or short-term "special offers" (like discount codes or flash sales) are not typically highlighted for RV parks of this nature, Borderline RV Park does offer inherent value and flexible options that can be considered ongoing benefits or "offers" for Wisconsin residents:
- Seasonal Site Rentals: This is a major "special offer" for many locals. Borderline RV Park actively encourages seasonal site rentals, allowing residents to establish a long-term presence and enjoy the Northwoods throughout the spring, summer, and fall without the hassle of repeatedly moving their RV. This provides significant convenience and often a more economical rate compared to daily or weekly bookings over an extended period.
- Flexible Rate Options: The availability of daily, weekly, and monthly rates provides flexibility. For those who can't commit to a full seasonal stay, monthly rates, for instance, are usually more cost-effective per night than daily rates, offering savings for extended visits.
- Value of Included Amenities: The "offer" is in the comprehensive full hookups at every site (electric, water, sewer), along with access to a modern bathhouse, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, picnic tables, fire pits, and a fish cleaning house. The cost of these services is included in the site fee, providing excellent value compared to parks where these might be add-ons.
- Access to Recreational Opportunities: While not a monetary discount, the direct and easy access to ATV/UTV trails, the Wisconsin River for paddling, and numerous fishing lakes represents an enormous value. For Wisconsin outdoor enthusiasts, this is a premium feature that enhances their recreational experiences without additional travel or access fees beyond the standard site rate.
- Owner Hospitality: The consistently positive reviews highlighting the owners' (Nancy and Lee) helpfulness and welcoming nature can be considered an intangible "offer." Good management significantly contributes to a pleasant and hassle-free camping experience, making guests feel valued and eager to return.

Customer Reviews
Fantastic campground with tons of mature trees. We were at Borderline RV Park every weekend for 6 weeks. Owners were very nice and helpful. Clean bathhouse, nice sized sites with picnic tables and fire pits. Full hook ups at every site.
We have a seasonal site at Borderline and absolutely love it ! Nancy and Lee have been so accommodating and welcoming to their campground. Great location , right on the border of the UP. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. There is a washer and dryer available as well. Great access to the SXS , ATV trails. Less than a mile down the road, you can ride miles of trails. The number of lakes nearby to fish, boat, and have fun is amazing . We have had so many wonderful days/nights at the campground with family that we will continue renting a seasonal site for years to come . And we didn't have 1 mosquito bother us. If you're looking for a nice , clean, relaxing campground look no further .
My husband and I purchased and moved into our rig fulltime at the beginning of this season so Borderline is the first place we've ever stayed - unfortunately, I think Nancy & Lee have ruined us for anywhere else!! We moved in mid-May and everything here has exceeded our expectations. Not only is the price the best in the area for what you get, but as hosts Lee & Nancy have been amazingly kind and helpful. Lee has let my husband borrow tools when we had to fix something and didn't have the right equipment yet, the heated bathhouse has been wonderful (especially the first week when our water heater wasn't working!), sites are well-maintained, level gravel with outdoor carpet, Nancy comes around regularly to check in on folks (or deliver the multitude of things we've had to order online!) and the campground as a whole is nice & quiet - even on holiday weekends. I was a bit concerned about being close to the highway but at our site near the woods you can't hear much, and it does make it quick & easy to get anywhere. The mosquitos can be bad in late May/early June & they don't spray for them, but I can tell you the whole Northwoods was pretty bad this year from so much rain and as a wildlife biologist, I appreciate that they aren't using chemicals everywhere. Just be prepared with whatever mosquito repellant you prefer and you should be fine. Other bugs haven't been a problem & especially glad we haven't seen any ticks. The campground is dog-friendly and there are a few walking trails in the woods out back, plus plenty of wildlife! We've seen all kinds of nesting birds, there's a group of turkeys that roam around, I found a small bright green garter snake one day, we saw a black bear out back one day and heard coyotes just a few nights ago. A true Northwoods experience in every way and if we ever need a place to live up this way again, I know where we will be.
Great location! Wonderful family run campground.
The campground is clean, quiet, no complaints there! Owners were friendly. Only negative is site 1, smallest fire pit ever and situated nearly on the road through the campground and close to the ground tarp supplied by the resort. Next time i would ask for a site closer to others. All in all a pleasant weekend.
