The park is hugh!!! It definitely has to be the cleanest park in Minnesota I've seen thus far. I walked into the office and it was beautiful. The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful. My experience was great!!

I really like the improvements the new owner have made. Wish there was more being done with some of the old mobile homes. I've lived here for over 10 years and it's always been nice and quiet, with very good neighbors. *I really liked the new sign as well. ** Wish there was a lawn Service.
My experience in Brandondale Estate,I lived there for almost 30 years.I got along good with my neighbors,The managers were good to me, I don't miss that hill in the winter time.neighbors learned how to respect each other on that hill .If someone was going down stay on the bottom,If someone was going up stay on top , always get your mail going down the hill on slippery days, I miss it.Im also happy to be retired and no lawn work or snow shoveling.the birds are pretty and the neighborhood cats are fun to hang with. Walking trails are nice in area.So if you live there just enjoy your time there.
