It caters to those who are comfortable navigating potential management nuances and are seeking a community-oriented environment in a convenient Lakeville setting.
Customer Reviews
Nice park my home is in a good location. My problem is the lot rental goes up every year. Pretty soon I will be lot rented out of here. This year was the biggest jump yet. I am a disabled senior on a fixed income ( that does not go up ) The every year hike is ridiculous.
If I could give it 0 stars, I would! One of the worst mobile home parks there is. Due to slumlords running the show, there are no rules, no maintenance, and the worst living conditions unless you are part of the problem, which is 95% of the people. Lived here WAY too long and doing everything in our power to move away asap
Mrs Dianne is a wonderful, professional and thorough property manager. I feel welcome to her office with my infant son to visit and address concerns and questions. She helped my family when we were homeless and needed a home. It's been almost a year... my son is growing and thriving before her eyes and she remembers that he was learning to WALK when we got here. IT'S HOME ❤
Tanya is great and wants to help everyone find a great place to live. The homes are affordable and very well kept up. One my favorite things about the property are the Halloween and Night to Unite parties at the pool. It is like living in your own house but they take care of all the maintenance. I think you would like it here.
Tanya is the most amazing manager that I have ever had the privilege of doing business with! Tanya is inviting, warm hearted, honest, fair, and naturally good natured. I feel secure living here and love renting from Queen Anne Courts because of Tanya. She provides a safe and secure environment for all of the residents. I recommend Queen Anne Courts to anyone!
