This place is awesome. Close to all of the great places in Bryan and College Station. The owner is SUPER nice and helpful. Found broken plumbing in my house at like 10pm, called, the owner answered and said to swing by and the owner got out of bed and made sure we got a spot and the electricity was on. Incredible. Also their washers and dryers and Whirlpool brand speed Queen. Like less than 30 minutes for a heavy duty cycle of clothes. 10 out of 5 stars. Thanks, Linda.

Linda is the kindest woman in BCS. We needed a last minute place to stay, and she answered the phone after 10pm! The washing machine and dryer were reasonably priced and well maintained. The bathroom was clean and super roomy! The RV park is conveniently located near the intersection of 21 and Harvey Mitchell. The property is mowed and there is a wide open field to walk your dogs. This is my favorite RV park in BCS.

This is tough. It's in a quiet location, but the website and phone call said there was a washroom with showers, bathroom, and laundry. The building is there, but not expected to be finished for a while. So don't expect to have them until really July or August of 2019. The park is all gravel, not concrete pads. The owner is very friendly. He was not here when we pulled in and told us on the phone to just park wherever we wanted. He came by the next morning to meet and collect payment. So this is an rv park, just basic, nothing fancy. The rates are lower than other parks in the BCS area, and don't have the many restrictions that most of the other parks have. So in a nutshell, this is a place to come when there is no other. The wifi and other amenities listed do not exist.
