Customer Reviews
This review is about the PARK HOSTS only. I was having issues with my bedroom AC. I asked Rodney what I could do. He took it upon himself to look at the ac. I’m usually home alone and whenever I need help, the hosts are always willing to help. Rodney and Tabatha try to get the park involved in community type things such as little bbqs and a morning brunch. They're always a call or text away when you need something, even if it's their day off. They are always willing to chat with the tenants as they make rounds on the golf cart. Always watching over the park and enforcing the rules to keep everyone safe.
Staying here now and met Rodney and Tabitha this morning ! So friendly. They changed the propane tank for me because it was out and had no hot water . He said wait about 1/2 hr and it should be all set. It wasn’t so I ended up showering at their very nice shower house . Found Rodney and he came down to see if he could figure it out . So it’s all set now and we have hot water ! This place is very nice and I’m here for a week to watch my grandson but if had to choose a RV park to stay at , this would be it !!!
Best wide pull thru concrete sites we have ever had. Very clever utility hook up area on the site. User friendly community room. Meticulously maintained and accommodating park even thru management transitions. Located 2.5 miles from Walmart (not walkable) and only a little ways further to an HEB grocery store. Walking distance on a sidewalk (1 mile round trip) to a Family Dollar.
The absolute best camp ground I’ve ever stayed at, we travel for work and I’m at home with a 5 month old baby while my husband travels, this camp ground has came through time and a time again with such an amazing approach! As a last resort I called knowing they sold toilet paper in the office not knowing they were closed on a Tuesday out of toilet paper stuck at home with my sick baby a worker answered and explained they were closed for the day. I said no worries, he explained no, what spot are you at? He delivered a roll to me in a pinch on his golf cart! They really care for their clientele and go above and beyond! Bless them!
We stayed the weekend for a volleyball tournament my daughter had in town. The RV is very quiet and clean and the owners are great!! We arrived after hours and they opened up the office with open arms and got us taken care of. We will def stay here again and you should too!
