I recently bought a mobile home and moved into Lynn Acres, owned/managed by the Timberlake-Mobiletown folks. The office staff have been excellent through the whole lot leasing process, everything has gone very smoothly. They neighborhood is kept up and clean, and the neighbors are quiet and polite. So far, I have been very happy with my decision to move here! So much better than apartment living, that's for sure.

A friend of mine lives there and I usually take her home after work . Let me tell you that the owner of that trailer park needs to do some major repairs to the road or street because there are some huge holes on the ground that can damage your vehicle. I'll get some pictures next time I go there .
