Customer Reviews
Some deserted trailers are being dismantled and removed, which is great to see; however, there is still so much junk and trash in residents' yards, broken down porches, and loose cats multiplying, it continues to be the same embarrassment and disgusting stain in Isabella County it has been for at least the last 30 years. Roxanne Leuder should be ashamed!
If I could leave a "0" rating I would. Moved in last June to help out a friend. Things didn't work out so I moved within the park in September and later had a roommate move in with me. Sure the rent is cheap, but so are the roads, driveways, and overall feel of the park. Several abandoned trailer homes. The park management is quick to point fingers if they don't like you. The 3 entrances to the park are not well marked at all. You get scolded if you happen to follow the map navigation and turn down the 1st available road into the park. You get scolded for exceeding the 5mph speed limit, having your music too loud during the day, or other people driving across the yard to cut the corner... The office available hours are the biggest joke. Monday through Friday 9am until Noon! They only accept cash payment for the required background check. They even expected my guests to complete a background check! When we refused they asked my roommate and I to move out. Gladly!
This park is absolutely amazing! People are very understanding yet know how to run a business.. background checks are ran only for safety of the children that play around the park.. best and affordable.. park has rules like any other place you live.. very understanding people about everything. 5/5 overall amazing place if your worried about safety of family this is the place to live..
As mobile home parks go, it wasn't too bad~you could see that some of the residents took pride in their area. They had nicely mowed little lawns, and, as well as pretty landscaping, there weren't childrens toys and/or trash scattered all over the place,
Maybe you should post that this Park does background Checks. That way no one has to waste their time taking a drive over there... When Uncle Fred lived there. He never had to fill out an application to live there...smh...
