Customer Reviews
Started out alright, people were friendly. After about a year and a half... People are shady, we've had our things taken, trucks roar through the park and loud music all hours of the night. The police are often either in the park or arresting someone. People have been killed. We were responsible for outside maintenance, when it was suppose to be done by park. It's like the getto. We finally moved out of the park and glad to never look back.
This place might not seem the best at first but it's home to us. There may be quirky people and maybe more cats then I'd prefer but we here at Bradley look out for one another help each other when needed and tbh the management is great they are always right there if your having a problem or just need help they don't ignore you if your having problems with rent they will work with you on it. I might be bias because I've lived in trailer parks all my life but speaking from experience this place isn't as horrible as people say
Thought the manager, Bethany, was nice and helpful at first, but then became distant and unhelpful. Made an appt with her and she didn't show up!! Verbally stated she would help me when rent was due because my paydays are all different and I've paid a late fee every month!!! Over all. Think this park could use a NEW MANAGER!
If there's a ghetto in Mt. Pleasant this is it!! Don't believe me drive thru and see for yourself. Just beware if the hooligan kids roaming the streets at all hours.
This is a Good place to live. Neighbors keep to self. Nice church service in park every Tuesday. Rent cost is not bad either. Not far from businesses.
