There is no on site maintenance, when our pipes backed up on a Saturday we were told to just not use water for the weekend. When they hired someone we had to pay. Our porch was never stained and when we asked about it we were told we could do it and they MIGHT reimburse it. We were told when we were moving out we still had to pay for the last month but someone wanted to look at it the second week of the month, so it had to be empty. Requested things to be repaired and they never were, then were charged when we moved out. Rent increased with services decreasing.

They cost 428 dollars a month currently to lease land that you already bought. Having used a app to collude with other landlords to raise rent quickly.

I would like to take a few moments to share what a wonderful experience I had working with Paula! She is very knowledgeable, personable, and she even went above and beyond to make my move in smooth and easy! After I completed the move in check list, Paula and the maintenance guy immediately fixed everything that was on the list in such a timely manner! I had never experienced this type of quality service from a property manager from any other residential place that I had ever rented from before. I am super excited for my new home and I will definitely refer Isabella Village to all my friends and family!!
