A relative lives here, there is no heat and nothing is being done about it. The temps have been in the 20s. County officials should come in there and do something! They are taking advantage of the less advantaged people with thier low rent crap they rent out! The folks in the nicer high rent mobile homes may be happy but stop and talk to some of your lower rent neighbors, im sure you will see thier plight! My relative also said that the women in the office are nasty with nasty attitudes, not surprised to here that!

it’s very weird how a lot fee is being paid every month but pick and choose who grass to cut?! they haven’t cut the grass in weeks?! do not spend your money here. property manager is rude and nasty for no reason. no heart or compassion. just nasty work.. do better butler creek. park to big and beautiful for sour pus management! mow the lawn, and treat your paying renters or owners with some class and respect my GOD’!
