Landlord doesn't really like taking care of the place, although they did recently finally put in asphalt after a decade of horrible vehicle breaking potholes. Every experience I've had with this place with multiple family members has been bad. Was offered a job to do plumbing maintenance years ago and the pay was astronomically bad. Do not recommend.
Horrible management owner does not care about repairs sewage is horrible smells bad road is poorly maintained but charge 50$ a month to maintain road that is full of holes trashy most grass goes uncut hard to pay rent basically have to beg to be able to pay rent on time
Horribly maintained. Alot of cop activity from the occupants and there company! Overall not a good place.
