Worst place ever! Paided deposit and 1st month rent, plus fees for back ground check, and never got to move there. Movers would not put trailer in a mud hole. And the land lady said she would have the dirt put there and the lot move ready in time for date to transport. Well that did not happen not in time for movers or the next week or the next then just stopped answering her phone. I had to go and rent another lot in another park. Needless to say, she never gave me my money back. Take my advice never rent there or you will be sorry if you do.

People!! Stay far far far away from this dump! Very poor and selfish management. Couldn't even move my trailer in there. I paid the deposit only to find from my trailer mover that my site was illegal. The landlord told me everyday for 2 weeks oh imma fix it oh imma fix it. I couldn't wait anymore so I moved my trailer to a much nicer and cleaner trailer park. People please don't make the same mistake I did. Stay far away from this dump!

It was a roof over my head, with counter top slanted at 12 and 4 . just like that. anyway, had to use pliers to turn on shower, and both sides of bath sink was extremely hot water. It was infested with roaches and ants coming out electric sockets. I mastered that problem, no light outside and steps were slippery, very hard to see at night. could see daylight while walking down hall. my last 2 wks there I had no hot water, the water heater busted and started leaning into the wall and since it rained and not covered up it started mildewing inside. My daughter moved in next door, she lived there 2 wks having to plug into my electric because the owners took forever to replace pole for electric company. They NEVER repair anything, and now I have been waiting 5 wks to get my deposit back.
