3/4 of park is flooded... In desperate need of a makeover. Can't even get into driveway to drop off food due to flooding from rain. This is one of the many things that needs or be addressed but definitely a major issue due to snakes and all of the Kids in the neighborhood. Not bashing, just stating the obvious. The absolute WORST place to rent from… maintenance is HORRIBLE, the management is a mystery because there is no office to go to, the “maintenance man” and his “crew” cut down trees and left them in our yard for months. Pretty sure that’s dangerous seeing as how we have 3 small children that play in the yard, and when he finally decided to move them, he ran over my county trash can and has STILL NOT replaced it. This was atleast 3-4 months ago. We’re in the process of leaving, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PARK.
I live here, and have been h here almost 3 years. I have no problems and no complaints.
The only thing I know about this place is that they don't list a phone number. To me, that means they don't want calls and don't want business...
This place is a dump. The owners don’t take care of the place and couldn’t care less.
